DSL Instability Resolved

At approximately 2PM and 5PM today the DSL network experienced brief periods of routing instability. Upon investigation by NET1Plus Engineers and with the help of Global NAPS Data Center Technicians it was determined that the cause was due to a faulty UPS and branch power circuit. Essentially the power was unstable causing the DSL router to reboot and subsequently drop all DSL subscribers connected to that router.

Both issues were corrected at approximately 6:15PM.
