Data Center and Network Uptime
Data Center and Network Up Time from 2/13/09 5PM to 2/20/09 5PM was 100%.
The DSL network did suffer a 1 hour outage on Monday. This outage was due to a carrier issue and was beyond the control of NET1Plus. No other services were impacted by this outage. The DSL network is separate and isolated from the NET1Plus Data Center and mission critical network elements.
