The legacy Web Serve Pro Server, Fozzie, has suffered a major sub-system failure. System administrators are evaluating the server to determine if it is recoverable. At this point the prognosis is not good.
Customers using this server had been advised to move away from this server back in 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. The server has been maintained as a legacy best-effort, as-is server with no guarantees, Service Level Agreements, warranties or support.
Customers that have a backup of their website should contact help at net1plus dot com to have a new account set up on a new server.
If data is recoverable from the Fozzie server after tomorrow, we will make the data available to customers, however the server will not be put back in to production.
