This morning NET1Plus sent out an announcement letting our users know of a bogus email that was sent to user requesting them to provide their email password. That email is bogus and should be deleted.
This is blog entry is confirmation that we sent the announcement alerting our customers of the bogus email and that the instructions and content of the annoucement that we sent it legitimate. The announcement contains a validation code with the following number: 2 7 8 6 -- the numbers have been randomized here. Please refer to the announcement for an explanation as to what these numbers mean and how they are to be used.
