Week in Review October 17th

Quarterly Generator and HVAC preventative maintenance was performed this week by the respective vendors. Filters and fluids were changed as necessary and performance indicators were checked and validated. All systems passed and required no repairs.

The Network migration and Exchange 2007 projects continue on schedule.

This week we will be reviewing the physical arrangement of the routing and switching equipment in the legacy racks, and planning for the consolidation from two racks to one for the related equipment. This is in anticipation of the installation of an upgraded router in Leominster in the coming weeks.

We will also be scheduling the upgrade of the Quincy Router and an increase in bandwidth capacity for the ATM interconnect to Verizon's ATM network which serves the NET1Plus DSL Customers. This is in anticipation of future growth and related bandwidth requirements.

Data Center and Network Up Time

Data Center and Network Up Time from 10/10/08 5PM to 10/17/08 5PM was 100%.

There were no unexpected NET1Plus Production server outages for the same period although there was unexpected maintenance work performed on the Ensim Windows Hosting Server which required several after hours reboots to apply OS updates and changes.
