Some additional data recovery was performed on the failed Web Serve Pro Server. All data that could be recovered has been recovered and provided to the customers. No further attempts will be made to recover data. For security, the failed drive has been physically destroyed by way of shredding and subsequently disposed of properly.
IP Address Renumbering
We are beginning an IP Renumbering Project in order to be in compliance with ARIN Rules and Regulations. Customers that are using our legacy IP addresses are required to renumber into our Direct IP Address Allocations no later than 7/31/2009. Generally customers that are not using IP addresses on the NET1Plus network not starting with 66.205.x.x will be impacted. A communication with more details will be mailed to the impacted customers in the coming week.
Data Center and Network Uptime
Data Center and Network Up Time from 4/24/09 5PM to 5/1/09 5PM was 100%.
There were no other unexpected server or network issues for the same period.
