Scope:
DSCI Engineers will be upgrading a core router to a new firmware version. The router will be rebooted to activate the new firmware. During this time, the router will be unable to pass traffic. The reboot should take approximately ten (10) minutes.
This maintenance will impact NET1Plus T1 and GigE Customers and customers with servers and services served from the Leominster Data Center. DSL, Dial-Up, NET1Plus Email and Hosted Exchange customers and other customers served from our primary data center in Somerville, MA will NOT be impacted.
