We have officially decommissioned our DSL Network.
I would like to mention how I and the rest of the staff here truely appreciate the loyalty our DSL customers have demostrated over the years. Many started with us when we were a little dial-up provider, and then weathered through the downturn of the Vitts and NorthPoint DSL networks which we relied on before we began offering the Verizon based DSL service.
Until this past month I hadn't realized how much our customers respected and appreciated our efforts in providing the service. Honestly, I knew that we always worked hard to provide good DSL service, but I never thought we did quite well enough -- guess maybe I'm more of a prefectionist than I realized.
Based on the comments I have received I now know that we did alot better than I thought. I guess the fact that you all kept sending your payments even though we were not the least expensive should have been enough for me to realize that we were better than average. As they say, hindsight is 20-20.
My sincerest thanks to all of you. We appreciate your kind words or encouragement, cooperation and understanding.
Sincerely,
Scott Lagos
