Setting up your NET1Plus Email when using a different provider such as Verizon or Comcast

We have implemented a new restriction on our primary mail server handling @net1plus.com email addresses when user are using an Internet Service provider other than NET1Plus for their access to the Internet.

If you are using the mail.net1plus.com to send mail and you are not on the NET1Plus network you will now be restricted from sending mail through the mail.net1plus.com mail server.

These changes are being put in place to increase the level of SPAM protection and decrease abuse of the server that impacts all of users of the NET1Plus mail services.

Here is a link that has a video showing how to make the corrections on your mail software.

For user that have mobile devices that connect to the NET1Plus mail server for @net1plus.com email addresses, NET1Plus will provide the basic configuration parameters. It is the customer's responsibilty to contact their wireless device provider for assistance with configuring the device to use the service.

Keep in mind that you will only have to make changes or contact us if you are having trouble sending email through the mail.net1plus.com mail server.

Thank you for your cooperation.
